started with the objective of creating a
strategic HR consulting firm which provides
best-in-class, highly customized, integrated
solutions that are closely tailored to the
individual cultural nuances and specific
challenges faced by an organization. Our aim has
been to make available best-in-class solutions,
HR practices and systems and use a flexible,
business focused approach to tailor it to the
organization’s needs and enable successful

The reason for existence of the firm is to help
organizations enhance their business outcomes by
maximizing their people potential. These
business outcomes could include productivity,
sales, customer service among others that are
enhanced through tangible changes in
organizational/individual behaviors. |

Having started the firm in 2003 with only one
practice in Talent Management, the firm has
established itself as a premium partner of
choice for organizations not only in Talent
Management but also in the practice areas of
Employer Brand Management and Employee
Engagement. From a firm of 3 consultants, we
have today grown to a close-knit team of 30
consultants with expertise spanning multiple
sectors. This team takes the organization from
strength to strength, all the while making a
significant positive impact on the business
outcomes of the clients we partner with. |
